Manually adding members to directory

Hi,

I have been trying to import members via CSV but the import function won't work. So I tried importing individuals but the system keeps telling me that the names are too weak (see attached screenshot).

Can anyone please help me resolve the import issue or show me how to manually add members without any other issues?

I am also having this issue. I created a hyper-v Ubuntu Server vm for testing. Everything seems to be going well except for the ". is too weak" error.
