Directory Map Issue/Question

For some reason the first few people I put into the system showed up on the Directory Map.  This was cool as I got to see the "footprint" of our members.  However as I kept adding new members, the map wasn't changing.  I can go into the members and select "View on map" and it brings up the map location and all looks right, but they still don't show on the overall Directory Map.

What am I missing?  I have been combing through the archives, but not seeing anything that lines up with this...

A little more research has shown me that for the people not showing up in the Directory Map, they aren't getting the map image at the top of their "family" page.  Examples below:



She does not show on the Directory Map, but if I click on "View on map" it takes me straight there...

Now this one, everything seems to be working correctly and is shown on the Directory Map:

It has been a few weeks and no response on this.  Is there a better group/forum to discuss this product?

Brett, I'm sorry I haven't responded. It's not clear to me what's going on. Perhaps you should file a bug here? https://github.com/churchio/onebody/issues/new

I would suspect an issue with the address being unable to geocode properly, but as you said, the person is showing in the directory map. Confusing!
