From today's Daily Telegraph:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/world-war-2/7978285/Winston-Churchill-ordered-assassination-of-Mussolini-to-protect-compromising-letters.html

This appears to be another example of someone trying to make a "Sensational New Argument!" about Churchill by misrepresentation of what has long been on record.  In this case it is the fact that before the war Churchill said some respectful things about Il Duce in hopes of drawing him into an alliance against Hitler.
