I figured out how to sign into my ea account on my Nintendo switch but I can't play online. I looked and I don't think my ea account is linked to my actual Nintendo account with Nintendo online, just the specific player page that then lines up to it. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

If you're not able to play online, please get in touch with the live support team by submitting a help request here so they can verify that your EA and Nintendo accounts are properly linked together- this isn't something we can check for over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can review these details with you further and see what's causing any errors you're receiving.

You can verify if your Nintendo account is properly linked up to your EA account by checking the Connections page on your account here. If you see your Nintendo Online ID listed under connected accounts, that means everything is correctly linked together.

I clicked the link, there is no option for Nintendo!! There is Playstation, x-box, Apple, steam, Discord, Amazon, Google and facebook, but not nintendo? We have not been anble to play with friends online since purchasing this very expensive game. Could you please provide a hyperlink so I Can link my nintendo and EA accounts.
