Hey guys,
With your individual city tournaments approaching I wanted to remind you all what is happening for States.

We're holding the event May 10-11 in Versailles (Poultry Days fields).

I have been reminded to tell you the following info:
  1. Friday April 25 - Deadline for teams to register for event
    1. Must apply to event and add a cleared chaperone (because a cleared chaperone is necessary, you want to notify your teams immediately as that process can take a bit of time to clear through the NCSI system)
    2. Help Doc - http://play.usaultimate.org/assets/1/7/Help_-_Event_Registration_and_Rostering_2013-11-05.pdf
Also, here's what I know about our Districts:
Cleveland has 8 teams in the league, unsure on how many are registered/ could compete at States
Columbus has 14 teams in the league, again - unsure how many will be registered.
Cincy has 8 teams playing at Districts.
Toledo:? I've been trying to reach Evan, I don't know if Toledo is going to be viable this year. I'll keep everyone posted.

Cle: 8, Cincy: 8, Cbus: 14 - at this point I think we could be looking at 8 (2, 2, 4) or 12 (3, 3, 6) teams. I do have to have this conversation with Luke and Baker before going official with things - but I wanted to make sure that you knew what I was thinking. Either way, States is going to be a 2 day commitment at this point.

If you have any questions, or clarifying info for me, please let me know!

Thanks,
Kevin
