Fellow CHS Alumni,
While most students sat with the same friends most of the time, I
tried to sit with different people. However, if there is a group I
sat with and spent more time with than others, it was Eric Rose and
Jason Nielsen. If someone would have asked me where Eric Rose would
be in 18 years, I'd have likely said Eric would have a beautiful wife
and a few children. I'd have said he might teach seminary because his
dad did, but that he was bright enough he might be just about
anything. I might also have guessed that he would settle down
somewhere in Utah and stay there most of those years. I'd have been
right about a few things, but not about the settling down in Utah - at
least not yet. I would not have guessed Eric would serve in the
military.
Eric's has shown that it's possible to live a life of adventure, and
to live it with a wife and children. You can read a little about his
adventures here:

Hopefully, we will have pictures soon (there's a not-so-subtle hint,
Eric). In the mean time, you can find a few low resolution pictures
(but still good ones) of Eric and his family on Facebook. I hope you
all enjoy reading Eric's self-written spotlight as much as I did.
