Build Chronos outside Mesos Cluster

Is it possible to build Chronos outside of the Mesos environment? The network I'm dealing with is isolated from the open internet.
I've been able to set up Zookeeper, Mesos, Marathon, Docker, etc with packages and it's all working just fine.
Is there a pre-made package for CentOS 7 or will using Maven outside this environment still allow me to make a useable package?
