Hi, I'm trying to connect your software to a merlin head through the bluetooth device given by Panogear wich used the papywisard software (discontinued)
the bluetooth creates a serial port name PapyMerlin-DevB  protocole rs-232 service Dev B

is it possible to use it to control the merlin instead of making a cable?

Best regards

Laurent

BT connections are not supported yet though its #1 on the TODO list to add this functionality soon.
I just don't know when I will get to it - also I do not have a BT connection to my head myself so I have to rely on other peoples input/help.

Regards Sebastian

Hello Laurent, your Bluetooth device is not well configured !
This device is in "Serial mode" and not in "TTL mode"
This device must be reconfigured or replaced by your supplier !
Please take contact with him and hold me informed.

When correctly configured the BT module is perfectly able to control the
Merlin/Panogear via Papywizard or PandroidWiz (Android application)

Kind regards

Claude

My mistake !

If you have try to establish the connexion with the Papymerlin BT module with a MAC, the message received is correct !!
In fact under Mac OS, the only way to connect is the serial mode and not TTL mode.
So the message is correct, no problems  ... your BT module is correctly configured !!!
