Chrono is auto opening .txt file when DL is complete.

Win7; I have created a rule and filter to move downloads to specific folder if contain *.torr* extension. When the DL is complete the txt file opens, this behavior is undesired. I have read Chrono does not Auto-open so how is this possible? Any suggestions on how to disable Auto-open of file?
