Dev update: Bug fixes

Google Chrome's Dev channel has been updated to version 1.0.154.39. This release fixes a handful of bugs, including a few additional fixes that should help with Hotmail compatibility.

The previous release announcement[1]  has instructions for how to change Google Chrome's user agent string so that you can test the Hotmail fix.
