Popup window, navigate up, and no way to read window contents.

Hi,

Recently, I've been encountering situations where Chromevox says, "popup window" and the only other control is a navigate up.  Pressing escape dismisses the window and I can continue on.  One place I see this frequently is in the Google Play store, as I move through app results, I get this popup window as I move through each item.  

My assumption is that these popups are informational, however, I can't find any way to actually read their contents with Chromevox.  In addition, the "navigate up" button never seems to work, escape is the only way to dismiss them.

Does anyone know what I might be encountering?  Equally important, does anyone know how to read the contents of these popup windows?

Thanks for the feedback. Do you know how to trigger the popup window, does this window appear every time you try to move through app result in Play Store?
