Hello everyone,

I'd like to start a discussion about an accessibility issue I've encountered while using ChromeVox with braille displays. Specifically, I've noticed that the Spanish braille table (8-dot) is absent from the configuration options.

As a Spanish-speaking user who relies on a braille display, this omission prevents me from using my device in my native language. The lack of the Spanish braille table means I cannot properly access and interact with the Chrome OS interface and applications using my braille display in Spanish.

I have verified the settings across multiple versions of Chrome OS Flex, including the latest stable version (chromeos_16002.51.0_reven_recovery_stable-channel_mp-v6.bin) and two prior stable releases, and the issue persists. I have also tested other Chromium-based operating systems, such as Chromium OS and FydeOS, with the same result.

I would like to know if other Spanish-speaking ChromeVox and braille display users have encountered this same issue. Are there any workarounds or settings I might be missing? Is there any information on whether Google plans to add the Spanish braille table (8-dot) in a future ChromeVox update?

This is a crucial accessibility feature for Spanish-speaking braille users, and I hope we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your time and attention.
