chromevox is completely broken now!

hello everyone, heads up, chrome OS 110 is now available and it brings with it, a broken chromevox, yet again, now not only are the punctuation settings broke, but now chromevox ignores another setting as well, the one that says change pitch when speeking formatted text, I can no longer use my chromebook like this, and I will have to stay on an outdated chrome OS, this did this last year, chrome OS 110 stable has had no testing whats so ever

I'm sorry you are experiencing bugs with ChromeVox! We have fixed the issue with punctuation settings in Chrome version 111 (issuetracker). Unfortunately we were not able to get the fix into the 110 version. We will look into the issue you described regarding changing pitch when speaking formatted text.

actually the full fix is now in dev channel now and there are no more issues appart from the keyboard learn issue

Thanks for the update! We did fix a learn mode keyboard issue in M111 starting in version 111.0.5563.0 (issuetracker). If you are experiencing a different issue please let us know or file a bug on issuetracker.

Hello,

The fix for learn mode not speaking key presses landed in M112 starting in 112.0.5574.0. Looks like some Dev channels aren't at that build yet. You can check your dev channel version by going to chrome://version. Please let me know if you are experiencing a different learn mode bug, the behavior you are seeing, the behavior you expect, and your Chrome version.

update, chrome OS 112 has an intermittent crackling sound issue when playing audio that is not being provided by chromevox

for those who haven't seen my post on the fact this has been fixed, well it has in stable chrome OS 112, on top of that, your chromebook no longer produces static as it did in the 112 beta so its safe to update
