Hi ChromeDriver Developers,

I noticed that my browser upgraded recently and when my automation software downloaded the win64 131.0.6778.204 Chromedriver version. My automation tests failed to run.  If I double click the chromedriver.exe - I get a message that "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have any appropriate permissions to access the item"

If I double click the previous version of Chromedriver 131.0.6778.108 - I get a nice command window with this text

"Starting ChromeDriver 131.0.6778.108 (3b014839fbc4fb688b2f5af512d6ce312ad208b1-refs/branch-heads/6778@{#2393}) on port 0
Only local connections are allowed.
Please see https://chromedriver.chromium.org/security-considerations for suggestions on keeping ChromeDriver safe.
ChromeDriver was started successfully on port 61835"

So I think you might want to check that latest version of Chromedriver for Windows - both win64 and win32 appear to be having issues.

Thank you kindly,
-Sal

Did you fix the problem? If yes, could you please share the solution?
Thanks
