Chromedriver (with selenium) completely on android

Hi! I'm new to this group so I'm sorry if I post this in a wrong manner. I am developing an android app that is basically helping to overcome a problem of having a bad UI for a school related service. My goal is to run chromedriver and kivy all on a phone so its portable and doesn't require a lot of things to set up. Currently the chromedriver and my app works via running it on a pc and then connecting a phone but I really want to know if there could be a way for me to run chromedriver on the phone itself?
