When I download the latest zip file for chromedriver, chromedriver.exe is not there

[Hays Farm Farm Four]

I download the zip file from 

ttps://edgedl.me.gvt1.com/edgedl/chrome/chrome-for-testing/117.0.5938.149/win32/chrome-win32.zip

When I open the zip file, I was expecting to see chromedriver.exe but it is not there but there are 82 items in the zip file some exe some dll and some pak.  How do I get chromedriver.exe now?
