unzip chromedriver-mac-x64.zip error

download https://edgedl.me.gvt1.com/edgedl/chrome/chrome-for-testing/116.0.5845.96/mac-x64/chromedriver-mac-x64.zip from https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/, but fail to unzip, it says "Archive: chromedriver-mac-x64.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of chromedriver-mac-x64.zip or
chromedriver-mac-x64.zip.zip, and cannot find chromedriver-mac-x64.zip.ZIP, period.", please help

it works to download zip file by wget, but fails by chrome
