Getting *****SessionNotCreatedException**** python selenium error again n again

Hi 

I am getting the below attached error again n again. I reinstall jupyter; I reinstall selenium in python; I have downloaded chrome version 80 and other as well. But still facing the issue. Please help me in resolving this.

Are you sure you are using Chrome v80?  You can check this by clicking the three dot on the top right corner of Chrome window, then Help - About Google Chrome.
