Download Chrome Driver got error: AuthenticationRequired, hosting down?

Trying to manually download the chromedriver from Chrome like this link:

https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=106.0.5249.21/

and always see this AuthenticationRequired, why? Is the hosting down? or just my problem?

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Problem solved.

I was doing development testing, and accidentally added a parameter "Authorization" to the request header by using a  Chrome extension  ModHeader.

Disabled that the URL works fine. Just FYI for others.
