ChromeDriver 116.0.5845.96

Hello,

I was using Selenium on google colab for a few months, then I got a message telling me that the version of chrome and chromedriver is no more the same.

I tried to install the latest stable version of chromedriver and chrome, ChromeDriver 116.0.5845.96,

but got an error:

WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: Chrome failed to start: crashed. (unknown error: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist) (The process started from chrome location /usr/bin/chrome is no longer running, so ChromeDriver is assuming that Chrome has crashed.)

How can I correct this ?

I've been getting the same sort of thing. Program was running fine for a while and no im getting driver version issues and cant seem to solve it. Funnily enough i've just tried testing gecko driver to see if its just a chrome driver issue but even gecko wont work. Gonna start crying soon
