Chrome 115 SessionNotCreated errors (sometimes)

Hi Everyone,

Since using the new CfT 115 with ChromeDriver 115 we're getting SessionNotCreated errors (see full info below) once in a while, I guess 1 in 20 testruns. Platform: win64 using .NET bindings in Selenium 4.11, starting the chromedriver from a specific path using options.BinaryLocation to start Chrome from a specific location. 

Any suggestions what could be causing this problem? (and wat does: 'loader has changed while resolving nodes' mean? Thanks!

Forgot to mention: sometimes the error is :  'uniqueContextId not found' instead of 'loader has changed while resolving nodes' (see below)

Should be fixed in chromedriver version 117: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromedriver/issues/detail?id=4205

Still getting this exception in Chrome 117.
