When does provide the latest webdriver for Chrome?

Usually ChromeDriver released for once for each major Chrome version, despite some significant issues are found. It means most likely there will be no 92.0.4515.159.

Do you have any particular reason you need the specific version and cannot use the ChromeDriver 92.0.4515.107?

Normally the security policies in the companies force the update of Chrome. If you are automating actions with the ChromeDriver you have to get the aligned version, otherwise and error is obtained, for example, with selenium:

Because my chrome is automatically updated by default, my webdriver cannot ping to the latest version 92.0.4515.159.

Is there any way to downgrade to ChromeDriver 92.0.4515.107?

Or re-download the browser to 92.0.4515.107?

or any good idea?
