Issue with on startup tabs

I have the latest chrome update Version 133.0.6943.54, after the update all my accounts got signed out and my most important setting is not working where after reopening chrome i have to start fresh instead of having all my previous tabs come right back again, i changed on startup setting and tried reinstalling chrome but it does not seem to work.
