Chrome webdriver not available

Hello team, 
Chrome web driver for Version 124.0.6367.93 (Official Build) (arm64) is not available. The error code is -9. How to solve this without downgrading the chrome?

I've tried it on win10, but even there it didn't work. I am not sure it is my fault, or its own.
