Chrome Version 38.0.2125.111 (64-bit) with Ubuntu 14.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a web page (not specific to a particular web page)
2.Open dev tools
3.Then, the web page opened first, or another tab, will crash.

I currently reproduce it easily with :
- some local web site I'm currently developping opened in a tab, and then
opening dev tools. (I reproduced it with other pages too, like gmail, so
issue is not related to my site I guess).
- opening my todo list app (http://any.do) in another tab

Are you referring to the built-in devtools? File issues against them at
