What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click
2. Select Inspect Element
3. See blank window

What is the expected result?
No

What happens instead?
I cannot see any source code. Developer Tools are now unusable for me.

Please provide any additional information below. If possible, attach a
(reduced) test-case.
