New issue 94 by e...@demeterr.com: Console tab should be sticky
http://code.google.com/p/chromedevtools/issues/detail?id=94

Google Chrome/V8 Embedder + version: Chrome Version 33.0.1734.0 dev
OS + version: Linux x86_64 OpenSUSE 12.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an undocked dev window (shows Emulation tab in console drawer by
default)
2. Select the console tab
3. Reload the debugged page

What is the expected result?
Last selected tab (e.g. console) should remain selected

What happens instead?
"Emulation" is selected

Please provide any additional information below. If possible, attach a
(reduced) test-case.

This is a really annoying "feature", in fact it would be great if whatever
tab and drawer size you select in prior sessions was sticky across debugger
sessions.
