I have a similar problem, but I don't think it's the exact same.
Essentially, I never receive the Chrome "allow" bar. I did the first
time, and here's the dumb thing... I'm not 100% sure I clicked the
right button. Whatever I did, Chromed Bird lets me select "Desktop
Notifications" and it stays there, even when I close options, go back,
close the browser, etc. It's just not giving me the proper Desktop
Notifications. Is this what should happen if I choose not to allow
Desktop Notifications through Chrome but keep the setting on in
Chromed Bird? Is there a way to re-enable Desktop Notifications
through Chrome?
