I know at least a few libraries here use Google Workspace. We are looking for a new reseller, preferably one with knowledge of public libraries. Any recommendations?

Or, for that matter, is there a way to get Google Workspace directly from Google?

We are using CDW-G, who actually resells from Carahsoft. I find Carahsoft, as a reseller, way easier to deal with, but I haven't looked into the possibility of removing CDW as a middle man. CDW prices our licenses based on the Massachusetts state technology contract.

I believe you can purchase through Google directly, but they don't offer an invoicing option.

We have also used CDWG for Workspace and Chrome licenses since 2013. No complaints, we work directly with Google each year to negotiate a price before they pass it on to CDWG to manage.
