Is there an app people like that centralizes control of presentations on multiple displays AND has a scheduling feature so that images can be displayed up to a certain date?

Hi Matt,

Chrome Sign Builder is a great tool for what you described. You can build several different presentations and have them play on a number of machines at the same time while others are displaying different information. This is done by using the scheduling feature along with devices in different organizational units.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me directly at tom...@google.com and I can get you in touch with someone on my team who can help.
