Shogun Ultra has two faces: Local and Cloud. Use it conventionally, and you have an incredible HDR screen, new monitoring tools and both HDMI and 12G-SDI. Turn on its wireless and network capabilities, and you have access to new and productive cloud workflows like camera to cloud and Atomos Edit. You can even edit your project in the cloud and publish directly to social media within minutes of shooting the action.
In addition to network and SDI connectivity, you get access to super-efficient cloud workflows, and you can cross-convert between HDMI and SDI. Take advantage of the new, ultra-fast and reliable WiFI 6E for more stable connections. Shogun Ultra, which can be remote-controlled over Bluetooth with AtomRemote App, is the most practical and affordable way to stream, transfer and edit in the cloud.
SegmentPro is another powerful new tool exclusive to our completely redesigned AtomOS 11 operating system. It allows you to segment/split long recordings into user-defined chunks, adding even more flexibility to the production workflow. The segmenting can be defined by setting a custom file size limit, in GB or TB, or by time, all without dropping a frame.

To activate Apple ProRes RAW, you need to go to my.atomos.com. There is a small additional step to get an activation token to access the codec for free. Simply plug in your compatible RAW camera to complete the process. You only need to do it once to unlock this super-flexible and unique codec without time restrictions.

From individuals to large-scale cinema productions, Shogun Ultra has been built to fit into any camera rig. It features a versatile mount that can be adapted to suit different industry-standard equipment from a wide range of manufacturers. Once locked in place the mount is highly secure and offers anti-rotation settings, so you can trust Shogun Ultra to remain in place at all times.
The AtomRemote app for iOS and macOS has an array of controls for Shogun Ultra. It lets you configure and control your Shogun from up to 15 meters away via Bluetooth LE while you define camera connections, select Gamma/EOTF and adjust Gamut settings. AtomRemote can control playback, select monitoring modes, apply custom 3D LUTs, and view image analysis tools, including exposure and focus. Output controls include options for 4K to HD, LUT preview and HDR output.

The ability to record up to 8K using advanced edit-ready formats including ProRes RAW, ProRes, and DNxHD/HR requires fast, robust, and expansive storage. Shogun Ultra supports removable SSD drives, which provide the space and sustained performance to meet these needs.
AtomX SSDmini drives are more compact than standard SATA SSDs and offer an affordable alternative to an SD card of similar capacity or performance. They support up to 4TB storage, sequential read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds up to 500MB/s. The AtomX SSDmini drives are able to record up to 150 minutes of 4K ProRes. Measuring 8cm long, 7.5cm wide and weighing as little as 88g, the custom-built drive neatly fits into the Shogun without impacting the overall footprint of the device.
There is an optional SSDmini adaptor that allows CFAST II cards to be used, enabling you to recycle older media cards or align with your camera media. Alongside SSDmini we also qualify a range of 2.5-inch SSDs that can be used in conjunction with the MasterCaddy III adaptor in the Shogun Ultra box.
With Shogun Utra the only limitation to how much you can record is the size of the SSD. A core principle of Atomos devices is to provide much more flexibility in terms of recording codec, resolution, and frame rate than is normally available with internal recording. SSD media also provides more GB per $ than camera media cards. This provides extended recorded times for long form productions or recording events.

At Ultrashelf, we believe your home should be as unique as you are. With our custom floating shelf systems, you can easily customize shelves to fit your own style and space by selecting the wood type, size and finish color.
Place your shelf where you want to not where you have to. With pre-drilled hole every inch, you can place your floating shelf anywhere along your wall and be able to mount to a stud.
Our shelves are specially designed to fit onto our innovative bracket. That being said, you can build a shelf using our router and jigs that will fit our bracket. This is a great option if you have a piece of wood that you'd like to turn into a shelf.
To specify an exact length that is more specific than an inch, first round the measurement to next inch and select that inch in the drop down option then enter in the exact length in the box below the drop down. For example, if you need a shelf that is 15-3/8" then select 15" from the drop down option then in the box below the drop down enter 15-3/8".
Our brackets can only support shelves up to 12" deep so if you're only using our included bracket then 12" is the maximum shelf we can offer. We can make a shelf deeper than 12" but you would need to use a different bracket system. If you want us to make a shelf deeper than 12", you can contact us via live chat, email, or phone and discuss potential custom options.
Yes, you can choose custom increments on our website. The length increment allows you to measure your shelf length more specifically. For example, if I want a 24-1/4" shelf, then I would enter 24" for the length and 1/4" for the length increment. If you only need the length measured by the whole inch, then leave the length increment at 0.
We recommend attaching your floating shelf bracket to at least one wall stud whenever possible. If needed, the brackets can be attached to the drywall with a high-quality drywall anchor. We typically recommend using toggle bolts. Please keep in mind, we only guarantee the weight rating when your shelf is attached to studs.
