Chromevox Not Reading Labels For Stickers/Emoticons/Emojis In The Hangouts Emoticons Picker

Good day to you all,
I'm not sure if this is the right place for it or not, but at least with Chromevox and hangouts when using the Chrome Desktop app, the Hangouts Web Client, and with the GMail interface on Chrome OS, none of the emoticons are labeled in the emoticons picker/dialog where you can select an icon to insert in to a hangouts conversation.
All I hear is either "button" when on an emoticon, or "Send This Sticker" or something to that affect, if on an icon for a sticker.
Could this please be fixed in a later Hangouts update?

PS. Using an Acer Chromebook 11, running Chrome OS beta 47, latest update.
