Prerelease v1.0.11

Hi all.

We're planning on releasing KMOO v1.0.11 on Monday. The code is up at
https://code.google.com/p/chrome-opt-out-extension/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fchrome

This is really just a bug-fix and opt-out list update. I don't
believe there are any changes that would conflict with other tools
(like Disconnect); things work for me. But beta releases never hurt.
:) Please take a moment or three to test the new code, if you're at
all interested. I'll fix any new bugs that pop up.
