Keep My Opt-Outs won't install

After I click add to chrome, and then click OK for the extension to access my info on those websites, the extension page then says "checking" and just hangs there and the extension isn't installed. Am I missing something?

Running linux version 18.0.1025.168.

I do not get a option to download the extension.. not a clickable link anywhere.. I think its broken.. their opting out.. to opt out.. Im going back to my original settings by disabling java, scripting and blocking all 2nd and 3rd party cookies
