set to translate to english [from french]. DOESNT DO ANYTHING AT ALL.
tried on several pages.

inexplicably started working [now shows "on" badge]. however,
"translating..." is not a good translation for most words. what
dictionary is it using?

ok, things are better. when i hover over some words, it says
"translating" and gets stuck there. but then if i move mouse slightly,
the translation appears. why does it get stuck? anyway, thanks. this
seems to be the only extension that does what it does [surprising],
and it's very useful.
