Emulate "Save as html"

Can I reach the same functionality with cdp as browser provides with "Save as html page"?

It makes some kind of export, changing the page, preparing it to be open from local disk.

Are you looking for mhtml saving, also called as complete save? If so, https://chromedevtools.github.io/devtools-protocol/tot/Page/#method-captureSnapshot
