where to put invoice code for upgrade?

I just upgraded and I can't find where to put the invoice code.  Don't see "Options" and there does not seem to be a place on the "Settings" page to insert a code.

I replied to you privately, but for everyone else who is confused, the field to enter the subscription key (invoice #) will be added in version 12, which is undergoing a Google review process that can take anywhere from a couple days to over a week (probably longer since v12 is a major update that requests additional permissions to access Google Sheets for the cloud sync feature).
