[Feature request] Favorites next to each row of a profile

Hi, thank you for your amazing work! I have a suggestion that I believe could enhance the user experience. Is it feasible to incorporate a feature that allows users to mark certain rules in a profile as favorites by adding a star (for example) next to each respective row? This addition would very helpful!
