How do I get my Autofill from google over to a different computer

I use Autofill on my laptop on my Mac.  I would like to use it on a different computer but when I open up a form I want filled on the different computer, there are no saved Autofills from my Mac.

1. On old computer: export your rules to a text file. 

2. On new computer: import your rules from file in step 1.
