I have a new pc and the hard drive from the old pc in an external case. Unfortunately I did not export data before the move.
Is there any way to recover the autofill data and put it on the new PC?
Total rookie move, but there it is.
Thanks for any help.

Maybe an IT professional can chime in, but for security reasons Google made sure the data stored by extensions is really hard to access. The closest I was able to find was here:
However, when I looked at these files it appears they are all encrypted.

UPDATE: You _may_ be in luck -- I was able to find the rules in this file on my Windows system:
C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\nlmmgnhgdeffjkdckmikfpnddkbbfkkk\000003.log (it may not be the same number on your system)
All my rules can be visible, mixed with a bunch of other gibberish code.
Folks, this is why I do NOT recommend storing your sensitive passwords in Autofill -- all the data is in the clear: https://i.imgur.com/EtjYCMU.png
