I'm trying to figure out how to fill fields but only when the hotkey is pressed. I couldn't figure out how to do it. Is this possible?

Yes, enable manual mode (in Other Stuff tab).

Once you enable manual mode, be sure to also set a hotkey for that profile. Once a hotkey is set successfully, pressing the hotkey will execute all rules in that profile.
