Autofill v6.8.3 released

This release patches up a few issues and brought back the Delay option.

Changelog:

• Brought back Delay option
  
• Increased maximum delay to 10 seconds
  
• Improved import status message
  
• Fixed manual mode bug

Hi. Good system - using it a lot for testing.

Is there a limit on the number of Managed Profiles? ATM I have 21. I'm trying to add another but when I right-click on the field and select Autofill --> Add Rules for this page, nothing happens. Running version v  6.8.3in Chrome.

There is a 5MB limit, but that requires having thousands upon thousands of rules (or lots of rules where the autofilled value is very, very large).

On the page that isn't working for you, does the lightning bolt icon light up?

Still don't have option to set delay between individual actions. Eg URL - https://spandan.indianoil.co.in/DBTLGrievance/index.jsp.

Only first drop down would be filled as other drop downs need delay to load options.

Delay option under other stuff just delays initial delay doesn't solve delay between actions.

Hi.

Is this the one at the top-left next to the address url? Yes it does but when I click on it nothing happens. If I right-click then I get Autofill; Options; Remove from Chrome; etc.

After importing your rules, I was able to go to http://www.tohodo.com/autofill/form.html, click on the Autofill extension icon (lightning bolt), and see the infobar that allows you to generate new rules.

Maybe it's not working for your page only -- can you give me the URL to test on?

While I'd love to, it's an internal testing regime and the organisation I work for has severe restrictions on internet access, to the level that I can't upgrade Chrome without an administrator handy.

In fact, I was wondering if my version of Chrome was out of date and that was causing the problem. I'm running v40.0.2214.93m.

Ah, that explains it. Sorry, Autofill 6.8.x and above requires Chrome v42 or newer since it uses some API that are only supported in Chrome v42 and up.

If you are interested, I can send you v6.4.0 to use.

Thought that might have something to do with it! It was working fine with v6.8.0. If you can send me that one, it would be great.

Version 6.8.0 is attached. Just download and drag the CRX file to the chrome://extensions/ page and you're good to go. Installing an extension this way automatically disables auto-update.

I'm not sure why 6.8.0 was working for you since the extension's manifest file states the minimum Chrome version should be 42. Even if it's working for you, keep an eye out for unexpected behavior.
