Autofill works some time and doesn't sometime

I have just one javascript rule that creates new cells first and then autofills it with certain information. Have set it to a hotkey Ctrl+Q. It works flawlessly sometimes, but most of the times on pressing hotkey doesn't execute the script. The hotkey is working because I can see the below output on console.

 Generally when the autofill is successful followed by the above output I get the sound and shows the code it executed.

I am not able to wrap my head on why this is happening, tried using time delays, but isn't helping.
