How to automate this clicking action?

Hi everyone, 

I'm trying to create a JS for autofill to click on Approve button as below, for me to see there are no event id for me to get the id and put in AutoFill, only ' Approve ' text in the button but i'm not sure how to input to Auto Fill to submit this button.
