autofill suddenly won't work with Firefox

HI

I was just using autofill this morning with Firefox

fill out some form using service-now,

autofill stop working afternoon , no respond after execute profile , no form are fill.

but switch to chrome version is fine with the same rule on Firefox

not sure what's the problem here.

already try reinstall Firefox, reboot, clean cache cookie all not working.

Firefox version 110.0.1
plugin version 11.2.0

Looks like a couple of typeErrors in options.js

TypeError: Be is undefined options.js:formatted:526

Hmm...strange. What version of Firefox are you using? Can you please try in v110 without any other extensions enabled? This is what I'm seeing:

I am looking for help on this too. I am running  FF 111.0.1 (64-bit). I did a fresh install yesterday because I am running into issues where FF is unresponsive for a few minutes after being open for a minute. I forgot to backup my Autofill rules so I am trying to set them up again but the extension is not working. I am running the latest extension (11.3.1).

I enabled Autofill for private browsers and disabled everything else, but I still can't get it to show. Moreover, the options page doesn't load. When I launch options, the Dev Tools console shows:

TypeError: Be is undefined options.js:17:6616

TypeError: Be is undefined options.js:17:60664

Which is similar to what CL is seeing.

When I load the practice form, I get the following in Dev console:

TypeError: a.other is undefined autofill.js:7:1615

Hopefully, that helps, let me know if you need any more info.

I am not on Mac, I am on PC running Windows 11 Home

I installed it on Edge earlier and it worked there. I just put it in Chrome and its also working there.

Hi, awhile I acknowledge there might be something going on with Firefox as you're not the only one reporting this, I'm sorry I cannot do much about it because no matter what I try I cannot reproduce the issue in my Firefox on Windows 10. The Mozilla team also had to do a lot of testing before they approved it to be published on their store, so it seems this might be some hard-to-troubleshoot Firefox bug that affects a small slice of users.  I just upgraded to FF v111.0.1 like you and still no issues on my end. The best thing you can do right now is either use Edge or Chrome version.

This extension was updated to 11.4.5 and it is now working for me again. I had a pending FF upgrade as well to 112.0 and it is still working after upgrading to that as well.
