Feature Request: Total disabling right-click context menu

Hi, is it possible to completly disable Autofill right-click context menu? I've tried to deselect the entry on 'Other Stuff', but still remains an option entry: Add rule for this field... Could you do something for that? Thanks!

UPDATE: This has been fixed in v10.6.0. It should be rolling out soon.
