CSR

Hi guys,

 

I come across a CSR and i am trying to resolve this without going to court. There is a 8 year old girl who was ran over by a vehicle in Kiserian. She is from Dreamland Children's home in Kitengela. The lady who ran over her has filed everything including the police abstract and the insurance (CIC). The girl has been admited in KNH for the last 3 months and owner of the Home just wants her out of the hospital. Her bill is 130k and she has been detained.I am also trying to see if i can get ministerial waiver of fee, but both these thing may be hard and i do not want to lift thier hopes.  I will know by EOD if the insurance will agree to any payment without filing suit. In case the case has to be filed to pay, the court fee will be around 10k.

 

In the meantime, the upperhill peeps can see the girl if you have time maybe over lunch hour.
