Dear All,
Our next HELP! event is this coming Saturday with the following details :
Theme : "Outdoor Workout Reloaded"
Venue : Nairobi Arboretum
Date : 20th July 2013
Time : 8:00am to 10:30 am
Charges : 500/- (extra 50/- for parking)
Session : Body Assessment , Work out and Chat Sessions
Assembly point : 250m from the main entrance , open field right hand side
To join the group kindly and view other photos , search for the“Healthy Evaluation of Lifestyle Program (HELP!)” Facebook Group. Click on the 'Join Group' icon on the right corner of your Facebook page if interested in getting future updates of the Program .
Please ensure you come dressed in sports gear, carry enough water to hydrate, eat and carry a snack for energy.
N/B Sports bras , tops , tights , bottoms and jackets will be available for sale
