to CHRISTmas All Year
It is that time of year for me to send out my recipe of the Applesauce
Bread that I love to make. Happy eating!

Old Fashioned Applesauce Bread
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups applesauce
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 ground allspice/ 1 tbls carway seed
1/4 teaspoon salt/ 1 Cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In
a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk; beat
well. Shift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon,
nutmeg, allspice, and salt; stir until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of
raisins and 1 tablespoon carway seeds. Pour batter into prepared loaf
pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick
inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
