If tomorrow will be a holiday, let's meet at Word Alive behind Blantyre Market, 09:00 am pliz. This is an emergency meeting and a MUST ATTEND ONE. Registration of CIC Members will be conducted tomorrow as well because it has come to our notice that not all of us who went to Likhubula that time are members of CIC. Someone with passion for environment is the first and foremost requirement to be CIC member. To say the truth, not all of us are interested in this campaign, so we are registering CIC members tomorrow.
Agenda: Preparations towards Word Clean up Day at Blantyre Market slated on 18th September 2010, Regisration of old and new members, Registration of CIC, Likhubula trip & AOB
Our Patron upon realising the inactiveness of some members, for the sake of CIC, she suggested that more members be invited to join. So bring with you those that have passion for environment tomorrow. They will be registered as well outright!!!
Those of you who are in LL and Mzuzu, pliz post in names of those interested so we can include you and them in tomorrow's registration exercise.
I am looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow at 09:00 sharp. Nobody will be waiting for anybody.

Do I need to be registered in the formal way or as an ex-officio you can consider me otherwise? Please, advice me on how to go about it.
